General terms and conditions
- The range of terms and validity
1.1. The terms are valid between the person (hereinafter Customer) and the web page www.capsulehostels.eu (hereinafter online booking), owner Capsulehostel Llc for the legal relations while purchasing products and services via Capsule Hostels Tallinn online-booking.
1.2. Purchasing services and products via Capsule Hostels Tallinn online booking there are legal acts of the Estonian Republic regulating the legal rights in addition to current terms and conditions.
1.3. The transactions made at the online booking must be made by a legally responsible person (at least 18 years of age). If the transaction is made by the person not according to the regulations, responsible for the transaction made is the person whose bank account or credit card is used. - Price
2.1. All prices are in Euros and include the taxes regulated by the Estonian Republic.
2.2. Observe carefully the selected price information: prepayment is obligatory for some prices. If you cancel non-refundable prepaid booking, then the hostel has the right not to return the prepaid amount.
2.3. If you have not paid in advance for a hostel room or sleeping capsule, you will be charged upon arrival in local currency. In the hostel you can pay with the following cards – VISA, MasterCard. - Payments for accommodation with prepayment
3.1. The product selected by the customer from Capsule Hostels Tallinn online booking must be paid in the full amount. By making the payment, the customer will assure that he/she has fully read and accepted the terms and conditions provided by the service provider in the online booking engine.
3.2. The amount shown in online booking can be made through the internet banks as well as Visa and MasterCard debit and credit payments.
Straight after completing the payment by bank transaction or card transaction, the customer must push the button “back to the vendor” in order to confirm the transaction. - Booking and confirmation
4.1. When making a booking, you are required to state your name, date of birth, phone number, address, e-mail, arrival and departure date. Your booking is only confirmed after you receive the hostel’s booking confirmation. - Canceling and changing the booking and refund
5.1. Booking cancellation terms vary depending on the rates, therefore, please always read the pricing information carefully in the confirmation letter.
5.2. If you cancel non-refundable prepaid booking, the hostel has the right not to refund the prepaid amount.
5.3. To modify your booking, please make a new booking and cancel the previous one. Please note that the rate as well as the room type available for the new booking may have changed.
5.4. Guaranteed booking conditions: all orders must be guaranteed by credit card and will be held until 12.00 (12 p.m.) the day after the date of arrival. Booking can be canceled for free until 14.00 (2 p.m.) on the date of arrival, for a late cancellation or no-show the client must pay a fee equal to the cost of the first night of accommodation.
5.5. Non-guaranteed booking conditions: The room is guaranteed until 14.00 (2 p.m.) on the date of arrival; in case of later arrival you have to guarantee the booking by credit card.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. All personal information provided while making a purchase in the online booking are confidential and are treated by the requirements of the law of personal information. Capsulehostel Llc does not give out personal information to third parties without the consent from the customer.
7. Duties owed by the hostel to its guests and general information
7.1. If, after receiving your booking confirmation, it turns out that the hostel is unable to grant you the reserved room, the hostel has a duty to offer you, without a surcharge, a room of a better type or a room in a hostel of the same level.
7.2. Arrival and departure. Your room is at your disposal from 14.00 (2 p.m.) on the date of arrival until 12.00 (12 p.m.) on the date of departure.
7.3. Smoking polic7.3. Children 0-4 years are free; children starting from 5 years are accommodated in an extra bed for the price of an adult. A baby cot is free; please request at the time of booking.y. Smoking in our hostel is forbidden.
7.4 Children 0-4 years are free; children starting from 5 years are charged full price. Children in the age of 5-16 allowed to the hostel only with adult supervision. A baby cot is not provided.
7.5. Parking is possible in the gated courtyard with cost 5 eur per night. Surrounding streets are free, except private parking places. Pay attention!
- Miscellaneous
8.1. All complaints regarding the purchase from the online booking between the customer and Capsule Hostels Tallinn will be resolved by negotiations. In case of no agreement, the customer has the right to turn to Consumer Protection. In case of complaints and questions not brought out in current terms and conditions the legal acts of Estonian Republic will be used.

1.1. Privacy policy applies to the Users of the Capsule Hostels Tallinn website.

1.2 Data provided by the Clients on reservation form is categorised as either required or optional information.
1.3 Clients are required to provide the following information:

1.3.3 Phone number ― required to complete and confirm bookings and to provide the service, incl. notification of any service disruptions.

1.4 Clients are required to provide the following information:

1.5. The client gives his or her consent to use his or her contact data for the purposes of direct marketing, meaning that he or she is sent direct marketing-related communication by using his or her contact information.
1.6. Clients can at any time opt out of such communication. Opt out instructions are provided with all commercial communication.

Data storage period
1.8. Capsule Hostels Tallinn shall store the data for as long as it is needed to achieve the purpose of the use of data or when the statutory limitation period is over and the document storage period provided by law has come to an end.
Client’s rights regarding use of data
1.9. The Subscriber has the right to receive information from Capsule Hostels Tallinn about the use of their data pursuant to the procedure and extent provided for in legislation;
1.10. The Subscriber has the right to ask Capsule Hostels Tallinn to stop using their data and to correct, close or delete their data;
1.11. The Subscriber has the right to agree to or forbid the use of their data for direct marketing or commercial purposes;
1.12. The Subscriber has the right to turn to the Data Protection Inspectorate and court to protect their rights.
